STACK & grow is all about friends having fun selling a great product. Our planters are just as much about values as they are about making money. We've been called everything from "granola" to "hippy," but we don't let that influence the values that drive our business. Those values are Family, Healthy Living and something to do with the Environment.
Family: Most of us work other jobs, and STACK & grow is often an opportunity for us to spend time with our children doing something we enjoy and teaching them the value of hard work. It's not uncommon to see our children excited about spending some time with Mom and Dad at the warehouse on Saturday.
Healthy Living: We hope the products we sell inspire people to live healthier and happier lives--or at least help them to do it with more ease. In the spirit of full disclosure, we have spent a few years of our lives working in an industry that is not always kind to the environment or to people's health. Maybe some day STACK & grow will not only be a hobby but also a means of supporting our families.
Environment: We use recycled and discarded materials whenever possible. When you receive your shipment from us, don't be surprised if the inside of your box contains graphics from another company's products. We try to use discarded cardboard from local companies to build our boxes. Making our own boxes might make our boxes a little more expensive than mass producing boxes in a large factory, but we hope it's better for everyone in the long run.
Now for the details on purchasing your STACK & grow planter:
Shipping: We ship just about everything UPS or FedEx within 24 to 48 hours. When you order you will receive an order confirmation, and when your product ships you will receive an email with your tracking number attached.
Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you want to pay by check or money order, please mail it to the address above.
Return & Credit Policy: We will immediately replace any damaged or defective products. If we make a mistake, we'll replace it. If you would like to return something for other reasons, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A simple restocking fee of 10% may apply.
